Target the right company-size range without hidden gaps.

Pick the smallest and largest companies you want Max to target.

Company-size targeting now uses five practical segments and one continuous range. Choose the smallest and largest companies you want Max to source, and every size in between is selected explicitly, so the targeting Max sends upstream matches what the picker shows.

What changed

Company-size targeting now uses five segments: 1–10, 11–50, 51–200, 201–500, and 500+, shown as one two-handle range picker. Move the handles to choose a continuous run, or clear the control to target any size. Existing larger-company buckets are folded into 500+.

Why it matters

The previous multi-select could express gaps that downstream sourcing collapsed into one broad minimum-to-maximum range. A continuous picker makes the real targeting explicit and prevents Max from silently including the company sizes between two disconnected choices.
